Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity
  • Ensure the quality of products meets our high standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate machinery and equipment with ease
  • Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Criminal record check
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will work in a team to meet customer demands. You will be required to work in a restaurant setting and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
