The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Architectural and Building Diploma related programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with program submissions team and Senior Management team for Architectural and Building Diploma related programs
  • Assess program submissions to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement evaluation criteria for program submissions
  • Collaborate with program development team to ensure program quality and relevance
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to program development team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Architecture or Building Studies
  • Bachelor of Architecture or BS Architecture
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in an instructional or curriculum development role
  • Proven track record of management, strategic planning, and operational roles within the industry
  • Design software proficiency, including mastery of software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and BIM platforms
  • Proficiency in land and building surveying, including the use of modern equipment like total stations and GPS
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Deep knowledge of local, national, and international building codes, standards, and regulations

Compensation:

This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid remote work arrangement in Vancouver, BC V6A 4C1
