The Clerical Navigator must also have expertise in medical terminology, Plexxus SAP-SRM requisitioning, and Cerner PM reg.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordinate and schedule referrals, diagnostic investigations, and treatments for referred patients
- Monitor patient satisfaction and collaborate with hospital stakeholders to improve patient experience
- Liaise with clinicians, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure smooth patient navigation
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduation or equivalent required
- Recent related experience in an ambulatory high-volume oncology and/or systemic therapy environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Plexxus SAP-SRM requisitioning preferred
