**Overview**

Airia Brands inc. is a leading global provider of energy-efficient solutions for healthy and comfortable indoor climates.

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Technician / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Lifebreath.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facility-related capital projects, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the optimal operation of facilities equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage capital projects from inception to completion, including justifications, budgets, project plans, execution, and commissioning.
  • Prepare justifications, obtain quotes, and manage works related to any facilities-related requirements and/or requests.
  • Support the maintenance of facility equipment – minor repairs, preventive maintenance, etc.
  • Respond to facilities-related emergencies on an "on-call" basis.
  • Liaise with service providers, perform regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and diagnose/fix machinery faults.
  • Assist with ordering spare parts and communications with suppliers.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure that facilities are in optimal operation.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment, and replace filters.

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education in a technical-related field is preferred.
  • Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing facility-related projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as required with an "on-call" component.
