Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of project managers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  2. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  4. Contribute to the development of project management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  5. Provide regular project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including supervising and developing teams
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and SAP
