About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinarian who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of clients' homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for providing personalized and compassionate care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong remote team support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home veterinary care to companion animals (dogs and cats), including exams, vaccinations, FNA, small lump removal, blood/urine collection, suturing small wounds, nail trims, home euthanasia, and other typical non-surgical services.
- Maintain exceptional record-keeping and follow-up to ensure every patient receives professional and thorough treatment.
- Be punctual, professional, friendly, and collaborative with clients, ensuring they feel confident and involved in the decision-making process for their animal.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines of VCA Canada and the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in veterinary practice.
- Fully Licensed Veterinarian in Alberta, registered in good standing with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association.
- Knowledgeable about the Edmonton area and comfortable driving in the city.
- Comfortable and experienced working with dogs and cats of all types, sizes, and temperaments, including anxious, fearful, or aggressive animals.
- Able to work independently with strong remote team support, stay on schedule, and manage time and priorities effectively.
