About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BRP. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including organizing events, meetings, and agendas.
  • Coordinate business travel and manage expense accounts.
  • Organize and coordinate events for the team.
  • Prepare arrival of new employees, including access requests and company culture orientation.
  • Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to share best practices.
  • Support the management of financial reporting.
  • Prepare and process various requests, including orders and IT requests.
Requirements
  • Training in administration, secretarial, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite.
  • Very good knowledge of French, both oral and written.
  • Able to speak and write in English with various employees from outside Québec and a few monolingual English-speaking team members on a daily basis.
  • Good decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Essential organizational and autonomous qualities.
  • Good team spirit, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
