IBM Computing is seeking a Technical Support Professional Co-op to join our team. As a Technical Support Professional, you will gain experience in a customer-facing capacity, providing exceptional customer relationship management skills and a solid technical grasp of the product/s you will support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Troubleshoot complex issues and provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
* Collaborate with diverse teams and multitask within a team-based business network environment
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IBM and/or OEM support organizations

**Requirements:**

* Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in multiple languages considered advantageous
* Experience in Databases (e.g., DB2, MS SQL, Oracle)
* Experience in web deployment, CGI applications, and servlets
* Familiarity with IBM, AWS, Azure, and Orchestration software
* Network administration
