We are a dynamic team at Martell Media dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and sharing their stories through compelling video content. As a Video Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of video production projects, from pre-production to post-production.

The ideal candidate will have a deep love for video production, storytelling, and creative collaboration. You will be passionate about handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, tenacious in achieving excellence, resilient under pressure, coachable, and proactive in preventing problems.

Job Description

As our new Video Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project timelines and milestones
  • Estimating project costs and managing budgets
  • Assembling and managing the project team
  • Serving as the primary client and stakeholder contact
  • Collaborating on project concepts and scripts

You will work closely with our creative teams, ensuring quality control and adhering to tight deadlines. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual with:

  • 3 years of experience in video editing or project management
  • Able to commute full-time to our studio in Kelowna
