Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Start 2 Finish Carpentry LTD. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments.
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
