Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at PG Ventures Inc. As a Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, serve food and beverages, and take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Cash Handling: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
  • Housekeeping: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
