Mag Events Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our banquet services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, from planning to execution. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, organizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for advising on menu selections, addressing customer complaints, and planning daily operations. Additionally, you will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to take orders and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional events and a proven track record in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements:**

* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma
* Strong leadership and communication skills
