We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at RRAN Electric and Automation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate work assignments to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a warehouse setting.
