The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate at our Westhills location.

As a Retail Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coaching guests on personalized skincare training programs, and supporting our Skin Care Trainers throughout the day.

You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with our regular guests, as well as new customers, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our store.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skincare
  • Innovative problem-solvers who think on their feet and provide customer-centric solutions
  • Frontline motivators who coach their team to meet goals and exceed expectations
  • Strong communicators who drive sales and implement marketing efforts
