The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and train new staff members.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
