Project Manager Job Description

Borea Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including collaboration with Health and Safety, planning, quality, cost, and client relations.
  • Ensure comprehensive project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate work with the project team, establish work methods, and negotiate and approve the selection of major contractors.
  • Manage procurement, organize construction site meetings, and participate in meetings with clients.
  • Perform administrative and technical follow-up, including cost tracking, productivity monitoring, and contract management.
  • Coordinate preliminary inspections, preoperational verification, and deliver the project to the client.
Requirements:
  • Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction engineering bachelor's degree.
  • Member of a Professional Engineer Association.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Excellent management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams, exercise initiative, autonomy, and leadership.
  • High administrative rigor and ability to adapt to high-stress environments.
What You Will Do:
  • Represent the company on site and ensure good relations with the community, clients, vendors, and project team.
  • Coordinate work with the project team, establish work methods, and negotiate and approve the selection of major contractors.
  • Manage procurement, organize construction site meetings, and participate in meetings with clients.
  • Perform administrative and technical follow-up, including cost tracking, productivity monitoring, and contract management.
