Kanaiya Hospitality Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate various administrative tasks, including office services, budgeting, and record management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures and establish work priorities
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
