Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at N N NEWS. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 people.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
