About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at FONTAINE SITE SERVICES INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and grading surfaces.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers to assist in construction and demolition tasks.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Material Handling: Handle and transport materials such as concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
