The Workforce Integration Coordinator position at North Island College is responsible for developing and implementing an employer recruitment plan that supports employer relationships globally resulting in increased student experiential learning opportunities for Faculty of Arts, Science and Management and other program areas with internship/co-op options.

This position requires strong communication skills with particular attention to intercultural communication and the ability to mentor students with a work integrated learning component in their respective programs. The incumbent will participate in orientation and other college-wide student engagement activities and implement and maintain systems to analyze internship/co-op activity statistics and reports.

The ideal candidate will have recent education, training, and expertise in current career development theory and practice. They should also have well-developed marketing and public relations skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
