About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at KIKI NURSERY as a Nursery Labourer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our nursery, including greenhouse cleaning, crop maintenance, and plant care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste
  • Assist in the planting, pruning, and harvesting of crops
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants
  • Assist in the preparation of soils and the mixing of fertilizers
  • Perform other tasks as required to maintain the health and productivity of our crops
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves, and to follow all safety protocols and procedures.
