We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Two years recent related renal experience, including 1 year of patient teaching experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
