Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist at JANA, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting our software products based on client requirements and model calibration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Install and configure JANA's software products according to client specifications and model calibration requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving software and installation issues.
  • Integration and Data Management: Collaborate with client IT departments to set up integrations between JANA's software products and client systems, and develop best practices for data management.
  • Database Administration: Develop, implement, and administer databases and data collections to support software functionality.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide guidance to team members on software implementation and technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, with a strong background in MS SQL Server or other RDBMS.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting using Transact-SQL, experience with databases and networking, and hands-on ability to code in Python, JAVA, C#, or related languages.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
