Job Summary

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of your store every day. You will make important decisions that impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.

  • You will oversee front-end operations, manage production processes, and supervise community donation activities.
  • You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and ensure exceptional customer service.
