Burnaby Healthcare Pharmacist Role with Randstad Canada

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Burnaby, providing exceptional patient care and service in a non-retail pharmacy setting. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a well-established pharmacy team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements while delivering high-quality pharmacy services. This includes completing all typical duties of a Pharmacist, such as dispensing duties and inventory management support, to optimize service opportunities and cost containment. Other duties may include staff supervision and supporting operations to ensure patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy services
- Provide exceptional patient care and safety while completing all typical duties of a Pharmacist
- Support operations by supervising staff, managing inventory, and performing dispensing duties
- Other duties as required to support patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you must be a Licensed Pharmacist in BC, in good standing with the College of Pharmacy. You should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service. Detail-oriented individuals with excellent time-management skills are highly preferred.
