Cybersecurity Strategist

As a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining robust security policies, procedures and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or cybersecurity, or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of information security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to drive security initiatives forward.
• In-depth technical expertise in information systems security to assess and respond to threats.
• Knowledge of data security regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Able to develop and implement effective incident response plans to deal with cyber-attacks and security incidents.
• Proficiency in IT security tools and technologies to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Develop a comprehensive information systems security strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Design and implement plans to improve the company's overall security posture.
• Regularly assess security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans, security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate potential security vulnerabilities.
• Implement incident response plans to deal with cyber-attacks and other security incidents.
• Define and enforce security standards for the development and acquisition of IT software.
• Support IT teams in implementing security standards and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
