Job Title: Delivery Driver

Mabuhay Supermarket and Garden Produce Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods, packages, and other items, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
  • Package Sorting: Sort packages for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Driving Record: Have a clean driving record, with no major infractions or accidents.
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence.
  • Experience: Have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and customer service principles.
Working Conditions:
  • Hours of Work: Work 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
  • Language: Fluently speak and write in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
