Job Title: Welding Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Welding Craftsman to join our team at CADY LINES LTD.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut and shape metal.
  • Use brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to modify metal components.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and identify potential issues.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train in-house.
