Retail Store Manager

Petro Canada with A&W is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform bending and crouching tasks.
