We are seeking a skilled and reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our Education team in Fort McKay. This is a full-time permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for transporting students to and from the e-learning program, and other events, while maintaining student safety at all times. They will also be required to transport students to and from Fort McMurray for field trips, interact positively with students and staff members, and monitor the student's safety and well-being while on the bus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport students to and from the e-learning program.
  • Transport students to and from Fort McMurray for field trips.
  • Interact positively with students and staff members.
  • Monitor the student's safety and well-being while on the bus.
  • Maintain a safe driving record by adhering to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a First Nations community, including knowledge of First Nations culture, traditions, and values is an asset.
  • Clean Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector required.
  • Valid class 4 Driver's License & Clean Driver's Abstract required.
