We are looking for a Network and Security Applications Professional with expertise in Communications and Security Products. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support, deliver training sessions, and ensure the optimal implementation and utilization of our communications and security solutions to our customers and end-users.
About the Role:- Provide technical support to customers and installers.
- Develop and implement special application designs for sales and customers/installers.
- Deliver training sessions on the operation, installation, and programming of Mircom systems.
- Resolve major field-related problems with customers and installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate prototypes for electrical integrity.
- Program International security keys for Flex-Net and MMX (Secutron) Fire Alarm Control Panels.
- Support old FACP's, Telephone Access Systems, Emergency Call Systems, and 'K' Series Intercom Systems.
Requirements and Skills:
- Trade School or College diploma or a relevant field; a technical background is required.
- University Degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 3+ years in applications support, or a similar role within the communications and security sector.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Solid familiarity with CCTV, intercom, access control, audio systems, SIP/VoIP technologies, and cabling/wiring practices.
