Job Title: Bakery and Cafe Team Member
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bakery and Cafe Team Member to join our team at J's Bakery & Cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and cafe, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Setting: Urban area, cafeteria, cafe, coffee shop, bakery, or bake shop.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, moving around the bakery and cafe as needed.

- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability, adhering to all schedules and deadlines.
