As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in fulfilling the role of an engineer at your respective level while being supported to advance in your own career.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside one of our regional Team Leads, all of whom are experienced and licensed professionals. You will also supervise and support various team members, including junior engineers, inspectors, and designers.

We value expertise in structural rehabilitation, restoration, and/or maintenance projects in Ontario, as well as knowledge and understanding of relevant local standards and codes. If you possess a moderate level of proficiency in AutoCAD and high-level skills in MS Office, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete complex structural analyses, calculations, and designs for various projects
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and technical reports for projects, peer reviewing the work of fellow team members
  • Conduct site inspections and field reviews to ensure quality control
  • Manage effective communication with contractors, clients, subconsultants, and internal teams throughout projects
  • Oversee project management to meet schedule milestones and budget constraints
