About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Mobile Patrol Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling various settings, including condominiums, commercial properties, and malls, to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive wage of $16.85/hour and comprehensive health benefits. We also offer opportunities for growth and development through our GardaWorld Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrolling in a variety of settings to deter and respond to incidents
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
  • Responding to emergencies and providing assistance as needed
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and completing reports
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
  • Professional demeanor and customer service focused
  • Experience with using technology-based systems
  • First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
