At Advantage Solutions, we're committed to helping our clients grow their businesses and build their brands. As a Full Time Retail Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and increasing visibility for our clients' products in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective action plans to drive sales growth and increase in-store visibility of client products
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by leveraging your knowledge of the retail landscape and identifying opportunities to drive sales
  • Ensure products are always available by maintaining merchandising and display standards
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive product positioning and awareness
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of retail sales or merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers at all personnel levels
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, elevated sense of urgency, and attention to detail
  • Strength working independently, but also as a member of a team
  • General computer skills/understanding and daily Internet accessibility
