What to Expect

As a Product Engineering Trainee, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of UHMW-PE molded products, including wheel models for agricultural machinery and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in engineering meetings to develop experimental plans for product performance, durability, and optimization.
  • Conducting rigorous physical product testing on engineering test equipment to obtain and analyze process boundary data.
  • Completing production launch plans for new products and determining recommendations for production work instructions.
