Master Hairstylist Job Opportunity

The Loft Urban Salon West Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Hairstylist to join our dynamic team. Our salon prides itself on delivering exceptional services and creating a unique experience for our clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hair and has a love for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, and coloring for both men and women
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on current hair trends and techniques
  • Recommend and sell salon products to clients to maintain healthy and beautiful hair
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Handle and manage client bookings, schedules, and payments
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve and update skills
  • Collaborate with other team members in a positive and professional manner
  • Assist in the overall upkeep and maintenance of the salon

Requirements:

  • Valid cosmetology license
  • Proven track record of success in the hair industry
  • Strong knowledge of current hair cutting and styling techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • A creative and artistic eye
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team
