Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, including dispatchers and radio operators, transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts, estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports, ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, and judgment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
