Job Title: Courier Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team at Express Parcel. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Operate Vehicles: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as receiving and relaying information to central dispatch, keeping records of items received and delivered, and preparing, packaging, and restocking goods.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Transportation Experience: Have experience in transportation and logistics, with a focus on delivering and picking up items.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and handle heavy loads, up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
