Job Title: Sales Supervisor

At Arcadium, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and running efficiently.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
