Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Charred Rotisserie House. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure proper disposal.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed.
- Table Setting: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Linens and Cleaning: Carry and replace linens, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
