Culinary Expertise

Marrow Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
  • Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
