Job Summary
The University of Ottawa is seeking a qualified instructor to teach painting and contemporary art. The successful candidate will have a strong background in visual arts and experience in teaching at the post-secondary level.
Responsibilities
- Teach painting and contemporary art courses to students
- Develop and implement curriculum for painting and contemporary art courses
- Assess student work and provide feedback
- Contribute to the development of the University of Ottawa's visual arts program
Requirements
- Master of Fine Arts or equivalent
- Established reputation and exhibition record in painting, contemporary art, installation, and interdisciplinary art
- Experience in teaching at the post-secondary level
