Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support the management team in leadership, training, and promotion of teamwork throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandise displays and stockroom.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections and provide gracious and efficient service.
  • Model company standards in customer service, including a sense of fun and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred; retail experience preferred.
  • Good reading and written language skills (English), good communication skills, basic arithmetic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs; heavier product with team assist.

Availability

  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
