Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet their needs
  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and integrations
  • Develop and deliver training and support to clients on ServiceNow best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow development and scripting
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
  • Certification in ServiceNow implementation and configuration
