About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician Assistant to join our team at Ritikkantha Group of Business. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians with construction site tasks, including setup and teardown of equipment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting and carrying materials, as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work Environment

As a Construction Electrician Assistant, you will work on various construction sites, including urban areas and construction sites. You will be exposed to outdoor and underground environments, as well as confined spaces. The work site may be noisy, dusty, and hot at times.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
