Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all security operations, including patrol processes, emergency response, and investigations.
  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize risk and protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct regular hazard and risk assessments to identify potential threats and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Train and educate employees on security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in security or a related field preferred.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field and 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
