Automotive Calibration Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Calibration Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the generation and integration of summary mappings, ensuring the constraints of different performances are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate summary mappings, considering the constraints of various performances.
- Link and smooth mappings per area to ensure optimal results.
- Validate the achievement of performance metrics, including emission, noise, consumption, and approval, during mission tasks or specific test campaigns.
- Manage calibration versions for different variants of the same PWT.
- Update the CRETA tool for project calibration history and tracking.
- Keep the project schedule up to date.
- Run the RETEX and update the generic profession schedule.
- Monitor and run activities for one or more MAP technical professions in line with the leader's MAP schedule and current project contingencies/constraints.
- Provide technical support for solving complex problems with the professions.
- Develop and maintain the multi-engine calibration summary wizard.
- Conduct a case study on Low Signals APV Network.
- Deliver VALFIG technical documents.
- Summarize achievement by KPI supplier.
- Worksplit software achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace) and IC in electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering.
- Knowledge of software: MS-Project, CRETA, INCA.
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Additional Information
The position is based in Chelsea, MI. The candidate must be eligible to work in the US.
