We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect - Data & Analytics to join our growing team at Intact Financial Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable and robust architectures for our data environments.
- Collaborate with members of various technical teams to develop solutions that address the needs of our key data customers.
- Ensure the architecture is aligned with our corporate vision and objectives, while being able to propose innovative new approaches to problem solving.
- Develop and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform architecture and integrations with our systems and market tools.
- Contribute to the Data Strategy for the Data & Analytics team.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology/software engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5-8 years' experience in a Solution Architecture role.
- Experience architecting data pipelines in the cloud.
- Experience working with AWS services, including S3, EC2, Lambda.
- Experience building data warehouses and data marts in the cloud.
- Experience migrating traditional on-prem EDW data integrations to the cloud.
- Experience working in Agile delivery.
