About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at DREAMAIR HEATING AND COOLING INC. as an Electrical Installation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install underground wiring and cables, design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations, and test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits.
  • Material Selection and Estimation: Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations, estimate costs and materials, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Security and Safety: Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
